With over 20 years of experience in Charleston real estate investments, Ian Ouellette deeply understands local market dynamics. He has managed both long and short-term rental properties and has led major home renovation projects, ensuring properties exceed market expectations. Ian and his team are committed to improving and simplifying the home-selling process for Charleston's real estate professionals and their clients.
Ian is a Founding Partner at Spoken Word Children’s Therapy where he led the organization to be named Charleston's Best in Health in 2024 by Healthlinks Magazine. As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Ian continues to serve his community through HOMEstretch, delivering integrity, outstanding customer service, and operational excellence. Ian enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, drumming, and spending time with his family.
Lauren Ouellette, Owner
Lauren is the CEO and founder of Spoken Word Children’s Therapy in Charleston, SC. With 16 years of experience as a board-certified speech-language pathologist, she has led the practice’s growth to over 20 therapists and a dedicated support team. Her experience in growing a business and leading teams since 2013 has led her to a passion for business development and entrepreneurship.
Married to Ian and a devoted mother of four, she enjoys football, biking, and running half marathons in her free time.
