Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to HOMEstretch, with an MS in Computer Science and having owned three rental properties and personally managed the preparation of his recently sold house. Professionally, Kevin has strong leadership and project management skills having hired and managed teams of up to 20 people.
Kevin is a marathon runner, home improvement enthusiast, and married to Kim for 25 years with three children.
Kim Matzdorf, Owner
Kim obtained a Master’s in Education from St. Louis University and has years of experience working with families as a Parent Educator, gaining unique insights into hundreds of homes in her area.
Alongside her husband Kevin, Kim will manage projects and customer communications, drawing on her extensive background in owning rental properties and recent experience in selling a house.
