Meet Ross.

Ross’ expertise in process improvement, operations, and relationship building are a tremendous asset to families in Howard and Anne Arundel counties.

A Rochester, New York native, Ross enlisted in the Navy after graduating from high school. He served 16 years as a cryptologic analyst, completing global assignments, including tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

In 2019, Ross joined the Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program and launched MJ Logistics LLC in 2020, now employing 75 drivers and staff. He also serves on the advisory board for Last Mile Business Solutions, helping delivery business owners with networking and process improvement.

Ross holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Colorado Technical University and a Master’s in Software Development from Boston University. He and his wife Natalia have three children: Shai, Leon, and Nina.
