Steve Kearns and Albert Sharipov are exceptional leaders with extensive experience in operations and management. They first met in 2019 while working at Amazon, where both excelled in leadership roles. They both operate under a core principle of customer obsession and strive to always deliver on the HOMEstretch promise!
Together, Steve and Albert focus on having hands-on involvement in both business development and project management. Their combined expertise positions them to deliver exceptional service, helping clients save time and money while driving significant business growth.
Steve Kearns, Owner
Steve has over 15 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment operations. He currently operates his own logistics company servicing thousands of customers every day.
Outside of work, Steve is a husband to his wife, Lauren, and father to their young son, Connor. Steve spends his free time on the mats training Brazilian Jiu jitsu and building his collection of cards.
Albert Sharipov, Owner

Albert, with over 8 years of experience in product development, marketing, and logistics, has led numerous diverse teams in several business lines, where he launched multiple sites across three regions.
In his personal life, Albert likes to stay physically active through weight training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and snowboarding. He enjoys traveling with friends and family, going to EDM shows, and spending time with his dog, Toby.
