OUR STORY
HOMEstretch is a Cincinnati-based service company founded by Derek Shewmon and Nick Lobert, two Cincinnati-born entrepreneurs. They created HOMEstretch for homeowners to have one point of contact when preparing a home to sell.
Derek and Nick quickly found that HOMEstretch’s comprehensive service offerings were invaluable to their clients because a difficult life transition is, a lot of the time, associated with a move. Our goal is to help eliminate the stress of preparing a home to sell while moving, downsizing, dealing with a loved one’s estate, or transitioning into an assisted living home.
About the Founders
Nick is a Cincinnati-native who grew up in Montgomery and graduated from Moeller High School. Nick's family has been in the real estate industry for decades, and he grew to love and appreciate the space. He founded HOMEstretch with Derek based on his passion for real estate and the huge need he saw for homeowners, as the General Manager at Everything But The House (Cincinnati). Nick lives in Montgomery with his wife and three boys and oversees sales for HOMEstretch. He graduated from the University of Tennessee and has years of experience working in sales roles within the tech and real estate spaces.
