Gina Blair, Owner Operator
Gina’s passion for hard work and entrepreneurship was inspired by her family’s involvement in various businesses, from general contracting to the cosmetic industry. Known for her strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities, Gina earned her bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Kentucky and brings over twenty-three years of teaching experience to her work. She has also coached athletics for eight years, leading her teams to numerous individual and group successes. Dedicated to helping others, Gina enjoys spending her free time camping, kayaking, gardening, and being with family and friends.
James Blair, Director of Operations
James grew up in a coal mining community where joining the family trade seemed inevitable. However, a life-changing accident during his teenage years left his father permanently paraplegic, reshaping James's future. Determined to explore new paths, he became the first in his family to leave the mountains and earn a degree, obtaining credentials in electronics from DeVry University and a degree in Organizational Management from Midway University. Over the past 30 years, he has built a dynamic career in the construction and green renewable energy industries, holding roles from technician and application engineer to project manager, sales executive, and business development manager. James’s career is a testament to his commitment to servant leadership in both business and community.
