Meet Jordan and John, a charismatic duo bringing a wealth of experience to this industry. Childhood friends, both born and raised in South Carolina, the pair couldn’t be more excited to offer this service to the upstate community.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he built a successful career in corporate recruiting and human capital management—fields that allowed him to combine his love for people and relationship building.
When Jordan discovered how much preparation goes into getting a home ready to sell while relocating with his family, he developed a passion for simplifying the journey for others. Helping people navigate this process with less stress and more confidence is at the heart of everything he does.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and catching a game on the weekends. He’s a natural people person and always eager to connect!
John Taylor, Owner
John grew up in a family of entrepreneurs in the home building and interior design space. Professionally, John's experience has been relationship based sales, construction sales, and project management both in residential and commercial arenas.
