Jon Parry, Owner
Jon has worked with a diverse portfolio of technology startups and small businesses in Upstate NY, bringing expertise in business development, economic growth, and project management. He began his career with a biomass gasification startup, implementing distributed energy systems across Europe and North America. As director of GENIUS NY, the world’s largest accelerator competition for commercial drone technologies, he led investments of $3 million annually to grow startups in Central New York.
Now partnering with HOMEstretch, Jon is passionate about helping clients navigate the home-selling process with ease. He values HOMEstretch’s innovative approach to simplifying property preparation, ensuring homes are market-ready in record time.
Jon holds a B.S. in Business and Technology Management from Clarkson University and lives in Baldwinsville, NY, with his son, Matthew, and Bernese Mountain Dog, Maggie. He enjoys historic home renovations, gardening, hiking, and golfing and serves on the Clarkson Alumni Leadership Board and the Baldwinsville Community Scholarship Foundation.

Matt Ruby, an accomplished entrepreneur, launched his Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) business in August 2023. Leading a team of 85 with a people-first approach, he drives operational excellence, team cohesion, and exceptional client service.
Before entrepreneurship, Matt built a distinguished career in enterprise software sales and e-commerce consulting, excelling at Mirakl and establishing KPMG’s e-commerce practice.
